for regular priced ready made jewellery
We know you might order a piece of jewelry and feel that it's not quite right after receiving it. It might not work out for you, or you changed your mind. Don't fret, we have a 7 days exchange period upon receiving your order. Please contact us as soon as you can, upon receiving your order.
Kindly note that we are unable to exchange earrings for hygiene purposes.
for custom made / engraved jewellery
As each jewellery is made to order, we are unable to accept returns and refunds. If the jewellery does not fit, we are happy to make adjustments for you.
Once we received your returned jewellery, we will have the exchange made and a $4 re-shipping fee will be administered to send the desired item back to you via Smartpac delivery service. For international orders, the re-shipping fee will depend on where you are from. Simply email email@example.com with your issue and we will review each case and offer a good solution for you.
We made a mistake with your order
for damaged / wrong jewellery
Should you receive damaged or wrong jewellery item sent, we hope to do our best to make it right for you. While we double check each order meticulously prior to sending them out, human errors are part and parcel of life. Do send us a picture of the defect by email, and we will replace you a new piece, or full refund if the item is out of stock.
